TJ, in my case, isn’t worth biking or driving 10+ miles in a direction I almost never go. There are good things there, but not enough to make a special trip.

Well we're up to 26 members in the CM*TO private forum, and a bunch more paid already.

I have good people tracking guests and payments and agenda and speakers. Folks, I know its a little late to come through with a message like this, but I'm starting to relax a little and believe we have a real-live CM*TO on our hands.

Thanks to everyone who has made an effort on timely payment etc. and a reminder to those still holding off that due day is Feb. 1. If you already know you have a conflict or won't be accepting your spot, please let us know so we can start planning for ticket resale.

We are happily accepting names for the waitlist!  Please e-mail campmustachecanada@gmail.com and advise name, number of adult bunks desired, number of children attending (and if they will be two or older at time of camp).

Any bunks not claimed and paid for by lottery winners will be released to the waitlist in Feb.

CM*TO Waitlist

For all the patient CM*TO hopefuls, we will be releasing bunks to the waitlist on February 2nd.  The number of available bunks will depend on how many are unclaimed by lottery winners at the Feb 1st lottery payment deadline.

The available spots on Feb 2 will be assigned to campers once they make full payment for a bunk, on a first-come-first-served basis. 

We have processes in place to accept Canadian and American online and cheque payments.  Details will be provided when we get in touch on Feb 2.  If you are in another country please contact us so we can look into a method for you to make payment.

Looking forward to lots of happy campers!  (I know, that was terrible, I'm sorry.  ;)

Sriracha Meatballs... yes/no?

Definitely no my thing, but maybe you have different taste.

Also should the Meatball party be formal attire this year? (Or as formal of a Hawaiian Shirt as JR owns?)

I'd eat 'em. But the ones last year were all really good, too. And I could bring a tie. Hawaiian shirts have collars. :)

Since I am a vegetarian, I will abstain from the sriracha vote.  I very much home to see a return of the falafel, though!

And no thank you to the formal wear.  Like Okits, I will wear last year's t-shirt!  :)  It would be fun to see JR rocking a tie, though.

How about formal wear optional, but encouraged?

I would not be able to eat a sriracha meatball.  Depending on the amount of sriracha in the air, I may not even be able to get close to the party :(  I vote no.

The meatballs (and falafal - which is one of my favourite things) were definitely a highlight. Don't know about the sriracha - never heard of it before.

Are you severely allergic? As much as I like chile sauces, I don't think it's worth it to have people who won't be able to participate.


Weren't there lamb meatballs? Those were good!!

Not sure - HOT chilli sauce is too much, but something lightly coated in it may be nice. I was really surprised when the falafals were served, because I have never associated them with meatballs - Souvlaki or Gyros - yes, but meatballs - no. I guess it's because they have always been available in the Greek and Turkish places that are just about everywhere in Melbourne, but they don't tend to have meatballs.

The falafels were round and fun and met requirements for vegetarian and vegan diets at a meatball party. Maybe this year we can do falafels AND tofu balls. or something. I felt bad for the wait times on falafels for my herbivore friends.

While we're on the topic of food, I thought their vegetarian (maybe even vegan?) chili was super good.  Could we possibly have that on the menu more than once?  Also, I would like some right now.  ;-)
