That might have been me; I was coming her to see what's up like XCIV, glad to hear things are moving. I'll keep an eye on my email. Oh, and I rounded up to the nearest dollar or something like that, in case the amount is strange.

We used a 0.81 exchange rate, as that is what it appears to be today, despite her indicating that she was calculating 0.7832. Didn't want to shortchange Elaine while she's laundering our money :)

Yes, there was a sharp spike in the exchange rate over the holidays. So for now, I am offering 0.80 (so CAD$265 x 0.80 = USD$212). That said, there hasn't been enough time to send out notice so I will continue to honor the old rate as well.
